Trip description: This trip is geared towards birders and nature enthusiasts looking to connect with nature and experience a new part of the world. For ten nights, we will be immersed in one of the world’s most biodiverse regions, the cloud forest of Colombia’s Western Andes. A slow and relaxed pace will give us a chance to fully experience this special ecosystem and see many striking birds, butterflies, orchids, and lizards, many of which are endemic to the Chocó Bioregion. As well, we will have the chance to experience the cultural landscape of the Coffee Region, indulge in culinary delights, and make day trips to three different colonial towns.

Note: We will be staying in a three-room cabin, so you will be required to share a room with one other participant. Single accommodations are not possible during this tour. Rooms are spacious and have two double beds and a private bathroom. For your comfort during resting hours, we encourage you to travel with a significant other or a close friend.
