Tour description: In collaboration with Colorado Birding Adventures, the Best of Colorado Summer Birding tour offers an unforgettable experience, visiting two of North America’s premier birding destinations: Rocky Mountain National Park and the Pawnee National Grasslands. With birding across five diverse life zones, the tour immerses you in fantastic scenery while providing ample time for both bird watching and photography. Led by expert, friendly local guides, this small-group tour ensures an intimate experience, with just 10 participants and a 1-to-5 guide-to-guest ratio. You’ll travel comfortably in two 7-passenger mini-vans, where everyone gets a window seat—no struggling with crowded, oversized tour buses. Each evening, we will enjoy group dinners at non-chain local restaurants. The tour is designed for an easy, relaxed pace, with typically pleasant weather and minimal bugs, plus easy travel access with our tour headquarters being just 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.
